These terms apply to every repair, service and installation booked with Vijayawada Service Center. By booking with us, you agree to them.
- Independent service. We are an independent, multi-brand repair service. We are not affiliated with or authorised by any appliance manufacturer. Brand names are used only to identify the appliances we work on. Repairs by any third party may affect an active manufacturer's warranty.
- Visit charge. A visit charge of [VISIT_CHARGE] applies to each visit within our service area and covers travel and diagnosis. It is adjusted against the bill if you approve the repair. A travel supplement may apply beyond about 20 km, and we will tell you before booking.
- Quotes and approval. We provide a quote after diagnosis. No work is carried out without your approval. If additional faults are found during the repair, we will seek your approval before proceeding.
- Spare parts. We use original parts where available. Compatible parts are fitted only with your agreement. Parts ordered specifically for your appliance may require an advance payment, adjusted in the final bill. Replaced parts can be returned to you on request, except refrigerant-system parts that must be disposed of safely.
- Warranty. Repairs carry a [WARRANTY_DAYS]-day warranty on our labour and on parts we supply, as described in our Warranty & Service Policy. The warranty excludes damage from voltage surges, physical damage, water ingress, pests, and work by others.
- Customer responsibilities. Please ensure an adult is present, the appliance is accessible, and access to AC outdoor units is safe. Our technicians may decline or postpone work that cannot be done safely.
- Cancellations. No charge applies if you cancel before the technician sets out. If the technician arrives and the appliance is unavailable, the visit charge applies.
- Payment. Payment is due on completion. We accept [PAYMENT_METHODS]. A written or digital bill is provided for every job.
- Liability. We take care with your appliance and home. Our liability is limited to the value of the repair carried out, except where the law provides otherwise.

- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Vijayawada having jurisdiction.
