The person who rings your doorbell is the whole business, really. Not the logo, not the website, not the phone number on a sticker. When a stranger walks into your kitchen to open up a machine you paid good money for, you are trusting that person with your home, your time and your wallet. We have never forgotten that.
How It Started
[FOUNDER_NAME] started repairing appliances in Vijayawada [YEARS] years ago, working out of a small shop near Benz Circle.
The early days were mostly washing machines and window ACs. Split ACs were still a luxury in most homes, and frost-free fridges were the exception rather than the rule. The work taught one lesson again and again: customers didn't mind paying for a repair. What they hated was not knowing what they were paying for.
Too many people in the city had a story about a technician who refilled AC gas every summer without ever finding the leak. Or a fridge that got a new compressor when it only needed a starting relay. Or a visit that cost three times the figure quoted on the phone.
So the shop grew on a simple promise. Find the real fault. Explain it in words a customer can follow. Give the price before the work. Stand behind the repair afterwards.
Who We Are Today
Today Vijayawada Service Center is a team of [TEAM_SIZE] technicians, plus the people who answer your calls and plan the day's routes. Between us we handle washing machines, refrigerators and air conditioners of more than 25 brands, from 15-year-old semi-automatics to the latest inverter ACs with Wi-Fi control.
Independent, and Proud of It
We aren't tied to any manufacturer. That's a deliberate choice. An independent repair service can recommend whatever is genuinely best for your appliance, whether that's an original part, a well-made compatible one, or, now and then, the honest advice that a fifteen-year-old fridge isn't worth another ₹6,000.
It also means we're not limited to one badge. A family with a Samsung fridge, an LG washing machine and two Voltas ACs can call one number and deal with one team.
How We Train
Appliances have changed more in the last ten years than in the thirty before. Inverter compressors, BLDC fan motors, sensor-driven wash programmes and multi-layer control boards need a different kind of technician from the one who only knew capacitors and belts.
Every technician who joins us works alongside a senior colleague before going out alone. We keep error-code references and service manuals for the models we see most, and we share notes on tricky faults across the team, so a fault one of us cracks in Poranki on Monday gets fixed faster in Gollapudi on Thursday.
What We Carry to Your Door
Each technician travels with a full toolkit, a digital multimeter, clamp meter, refrigerant gauges, vacuum pump for AC and fridge work, a pressure jet for AC servicing, and a stock of the parts that fail most often: capacitors, relays, thermostats, inlet valves, drain pumps, door switches and belts. That's why most repairs are finished in a single visit.
What You Can Expect From Us
Promises are cheap, so here are the specific things we commit to on every job:
- A confirmed time window, and a call if anything changes.
- A diagnosis you understand, with the faulty part shown to you whenever possible.
- A written quote before any work, covering labour and parts.
- No upselling. If cleaning will solve it, we clean it. If a part can be repaired instead of replaced, we tell you.
- Clean work. Floor covers under washing machines and drop sheets under AC indoor units, and we take the mess away with us.
- A [WARRANTY_DAYS]-day warranty on our labour and on any part we fit. Read the full policy
Is that unusual? It shouldn't be. But judging by how often customers thank us for simply turning up on time and charging what we said, it seems to be.
The Part We Like Best
Most of our work comes through word of mouth. A customer in Patamata tells her sister in Kanuru. A shop owner in Governorpet calls us for his home AC after we fixed his visi-cooler. We take that personally, because a referral is someone else putting their name next to ours.
We would like to earn yours the same way.
