Why is my washing machine not spinning?
The usual causes are an unbalanced load, an incomplete drain, a worn belt, a faulty clutch on top-loaders or a door lock that isn't engaging on front-loaders. Rearrange the clothes and try a spin-only cycle; if that fails, call a technician.
Why is my fridge not cooling but the freezer is fine?

No. Fridges and ACs are sealed systems. If gas is low, there's a leak, and it needs to be found and repaired before recharging.
