We are an independent repair service and are not affiliated with or authorised by Fujitsu General or O General.
Ask around in coastal Andhra and Tamil Nadu and you'll hear the same thing about O General: "It cools like a beast and runs forever." The brand, from Japan's Fujitsu General, has an especially loyal following in South India, and Vijayawada is no exception. Many O General units we service are ten or twelve years old and still going strong.
When they do need attention, they usually report it through blinking indicator lamps on the indoor unit. All AC repairs
O General Faults We Fix
- Indicator lamps blinking: O General units signal faults by blinking the operation or timer lamp a set number of times. Count the blinks and send the number with the model to +91 00000 00000. Typical causes are sensors, communication faults, fan motors and protection trips.
- Not cooling on an older unit: usually a slow gas leak at a flare joint after many years, or a tired capacitor on fixed-speed models
- Inverter board faults: often after voltage surges; repaired at component level where reliable
- Water leakage: drain blockage or slope
- Outdoor unit tripping in peak heat: dirty condenser or weak outdoor fan
