What an AMC Covers
Scheduled Services
Two or three full jet services a year, timed for Vijayawada's climate: one before summer (February–March), one mid-season for heavy users, and one after the monsoon (September–October). Each covers indoor and outdoor coils, filters, blower, drain, electrical checks, gas pressure and a cooling test.
Priority Breakdown Visits
AMC customers get priority scheduling, which matters most in April and May when the rest of the city is waiting.
Labour Included or Fixed
Repair labour is either included or charged at a fixed AMC rate, depending on the plan. Spare parts and gas are charged separately at transparent rates, or covered in a comprehensive plan.
One Record for All Your ACs
We keep a service history for each unit, so the technician knows what was done last time and what's ageing.

Questions
Do you cover ACs that are already old?
Yes, after an initial inspection. Units with existing faults are repaired first, then joined to the plan.
What isn't covered?
Physical damage, damage from voltage surges without a stabiliser, relocation, and compressor replacement (except where a plan specifically includes it).
Can I cancel?
Terms are in our service policy. In short, unused scheduled services are refundable pro-rata if you move out of our service area.
Does an AMC affect my manufacturer warranty?
If your AC is under the brand's warranty, use the brand's service for warranty repairs. Our AMC is best suited to ACs past their warranty.
